When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Contact forms
Information submitted through the contact forms and sample request forms on our site are saved in our site’s database, and sent to our company email. We use Google Workspace by Google who adheres to the EU “Privacy Shield” policy.
We keep contact form submissions for business service, customer relationship management, and customer service purposes only. They are never shared with any third parties. The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the site, the choices you make and the products and features you use.
The data collected in our sample request forms is collected and stored to our database. The information is used to determine if a interested party is a good fit for our sample program and the data is used for shipping labels and for contacting said party.
